II. Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may request a partial or full refund under the following circumstances:

The design deliverables exhibit a material discrepancy from the requirements explicitly stipulated in the contract or order;
The design quality contains obvious defects, or the deliverables were not completed and delivered as agreed;
We fail to complete the design work within the reasonable timeframe specified in the contract.

Please Note: Refund requests based solely on personal aesthetic preferences or subjective differences regarding design style are generally not accepted. Prior to signing the contract, please ensure you have confirmed your specific design requirements to guarantee a mutual understanding of the final deliverables.

III. Refund Process

Please contact our Customer Service team to submit a refund request, clearly stating the specific reasons and providing relevant communication records and design drafts as supporting evidence;
We will review your request within 3 business days and provide feedback regarding the outcome of the review;
If the request is approved, the refund—either partial (based on the proportion agreed upon in the contract) or full—will be issued back to the original payment account used for the transaction;
The standard processing time for refunds is 7–10 business days; however, the actual time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the specific payment platform used.

IV. Situations Ineligible for Refunds

Refund requests based on personal aesthetics or preferences regarding design deliverables that have already been confirmed and delivered;
Situations where the design outcome fails to meet expectations due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user;
Client dissatisfaction arising from revision requests that exceed the maximum number of revisions stipulated in the contract or order.
