I. Service Nature

Our graphic design services are customized, one-off services. The design deliverables are created according to your needs, and therefore differ from physical goods, possessing personalized and customized characteristics.

II. Refund Circumstances

Partial or full refunds are possible in the following situations:

The design deliverables are significantly inconsistent with the requirements specified in the contract or order;
The design quality has obvious problems or is not delivered as agreed;
We fail to complete the design work within a reasonable timeframe as stipulated in the contract.

Note: Design style preferences or personal aesthetic differences are generally not eligible for refunds. Please confirm your design requirements before signing the contract.

III. Refund Process
Contact customer service to submit a refund request, explaining the reason and providing relevant communication records and design drafts.
We will review the application within 3 business days and provide feedback on the review result.
If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account according to the proportion stipulated in the contract or in full.
Refund processing time is usually 7-10 business days; the specific arrival time depends on the payment platform.

IV. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Supported

Refund requests are made solely due to personal aesthetics or preferences for confirmed and delivered design deliverables.

Refunds are made when incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user results in a design effect that does not meet expectations.

Dissatisfaction arises from exceeding the number of revisions stipulated in the contract or order.
