- Can the design be modified during the process?
Yes.
We will provide modification services based on the scope of modifications agreed upon in the specific order. Clients should provide modification requests as concisely and clearly as possible.
If the modifications exceed the original project scope, such as completely changing the design direction, adding new design items, or adding extra pages, a new quote may be required.
- What are the payment methods?

Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the order page, XanTonics Inc.’s graphic design services use a one-time payment model.
- What does one-time payment mean?
A one-time payment means that the client pays the project fee once when purchasing the relevant design services.
This fee is not a monthly or annual subscription fee, and there are no automatic periodic renewals based on the purchase of a service.
If the client later submits new design requests, the new project may require a separate quote.
- Who owns the final design?
For custom-designed and delivered designs, upon full payment by the client, unless otherwise agreed in the order or a written agreement between the parties, the client acquires all rights to the final delivered design created by XanTonics Inc. and legally transferable.
The client may use the final design for their own business, branding, advertising, and marketing activities in accordance with applicable laws.
- Who owns the unselected design?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, the rights acquired by the client primarily apply to the final confirmed and delivered design.
Unselected drafts, alternative designs, initial concepts, and undelivered designs are not automatically transferred upon the client’s purchase of services.
- What about the copyright of third-party fonts, images, or materials?
If the final design uses fonts, images, icons, stock images, or other restricted content owned by third parties, that content remains subject to the relevant third-party license terms.
The client’s usage rights will not exceed the scope permitted by the relevant third-party license.
If a material requires a separate license, we will explain this to the client based on the project details.
- Will source files be provided?
Whether PSD, AI, INDD, Figma, or other editable source files are provided depends on the specific deliverables included in the order.
If source files are not included in the purchased service, the client does not automatically receive all editable source files simply by receiving the final design.
- Can XanTonics Inc. showcase my design work?
Unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality before the project begins, XanTonics Inc. may use the final design on the official website, portfolio, social media, or other commercial display channels after the project has been made public.
For projects involving undisclosed commercial information or projects where the client explicitly requests confidentiality, we will handle them according to the agreement between both parties.
- Can I continue to purchase more designs if I need them?
Of course.
If you later need new posters, social media materials, advertising visuals, brochures, or other graphic designs, we can provide corresponding services based on your new needs.
New design projects are usually processed as separate, one-off orders.
- What if I need to modify a completed design? If the modifications fall within the scope of the original order agreement, they can be carried out according to the project agreement.
If the project has been completed and delivered, and you subsequently require a new design direction, significant modifications, or additions, it may be considered a new design service and a new quote will be required.
- What if I have questions about the design deliverables?
If you believe there are significant differences between the final design deliverables and the confirmed project requirements, please contact us as soon as possible and provide specific modification suggestions or a description of the problem.
We will verify based on the order details and project communication records and assist in handling the matter within the applicable scope.

However, third-party materials are still subject to their independent licensing terms.

XanTonics Inc. does not accept design projects that clearly violate applicable laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, contain fraudulent content, or require unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
We may also refuse other projects that are not suitable for delivery through this service.
- Will my delivery time be affected if I delay providing materials?
Yes.
Design projects require timely provision of necessary materials and feedback from clients. If clients delay providing materials, confirming designs, or requesting modifications, the original delivery time may be extended accordingly.
