- One-Time Purchase
Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the order page, XanTonics Inc.’s graphic design services are offered on a one-time payment basis.
The client pays a one-time service fee for a specific design project:
It is not a monthly subscription;
It is not an annual subscription;
It will not automatically renew;
No subsequent recurring fees will automatically incur.
If the client requires new design projects in the future, they can purchase new services separately.
- Refund Request Time
If a client wishes to cancel a design project that has not yet begun, they can contact us within 24 hours of payment to request cancellation and a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted through our official contact method, providing order information for verification.
- Orders with Design Already Underway
If XanTonics Inc. has commenced design work, including project research, conceptualization, drafting, or other substantial work, the order may have already incurred actual service costs.
In this case, if the client requests cancellation, we will assess the amount of work already completed.
If a refund is applicable, the remaining amount may be refunded to the client after deducting reasonable fees for the completed services.
- Completed and Delivered Designs
If a design project is completed and the final design deliverables have been delivered to the client as agreed in the order, refund requests based on changes in personal preferences are generally not accepted.
If the final deliverables significantly deviate from the project requirements confirmed by both parties, the client can contact us promptly. We will verify the project records and provide reasonable modifications or solutions where applicable.
- Modification Services
If the client requests modifications to the design deliverables, and these modifications fall within the scope of the original order, we will provide the corresponding modification services as agreed.
If the client changes the original design direction after completion or submits numerous new design requirements, this may be considered a new design service.
New design requirements may require a separate quote.
- Cancellation Due to Client Reasons
If a project cannot continue due to the client’s own reasons, such as:
Failure to provide necessary information for an extended period;
Failure to respond to design confirmation for an extended period;
Insufficient information provided; Significant changes in project requirements; Client’s voluntary request to stop the project;
We will handle cancellation and refunds based on the current project completion status.
Completed services may not be eligible for a refund.
- XanTonics Inc.’s Inability to Complete Services
If a paid design project cannot be completed as agreed due to reasons attributable to XanTonics Inc., we will negotiate a solution with the client based on the specific circumstances.
Solutions may include:
Continuing to complete the project;
Adjusting the project delivery time;
Providing a reasonable alternative;
Providing a refund for the uncompleted services. 9. Duplicate Payments
If a customer makes duplicate payments for the same order due to technical issues or other reasons, please contact us immediately.
Upon verification of duplicate payments, the overpayment will be refunded using the original payment method.

For projects that have been cancelled and refunded, customers may not continue to use incomplete, undelivered, or refunded design deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
For final design deliverables that have been paid for and formally delivered, intellectual property rights will be governed by XanTonics Inc.’s Terms and Conditions of Service and the specific order agreement.
- Third-Party Fees
If the project involves third-party fonts, images, stock images, licensed resources, or other third-party services requested by the customer, and related fees have already been incurred, such third-party fees may not be refundable.
