- Physical Shipping Involved
If otherwise agreed upon by both parties and involving the shipping of physical design materials, XanTonics Inc. can select a suitable U.S. logistics service provider based on the actual circumstances.
For example, standard FedEx Ground shipping within the U.S. typically takes 1–5 business days; shipping to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the origin, destination, and shipping distance.
USPS Priority Mail’s official standard delivery time is typically 2–3 days, but actual arrival time can be affected by factors such as the origin, destination, and post office acceptance time.
The above shipping times apply only to orders involving actual physical shipping and do not apply to general digital graphic design projects.

After design files are sent via email or online file sharing, the client should promptly check the received files.

XanTonics Inc. is deemed to have fulfilled its digital file delivery obligations once the final design files are sent to the customer’s provided email address or designated digital delivery channel as agreed in the order.
If the customer finds obvious technical problems with the files or discrepancies with the confirmed project requirements, they should contact us promptly for verification.
